CUSTOM ORDERS

Yes, we accept custom orders. If it's a product in the shop that you want to customize, you can select the custom options when you add it to your cart. If it's something else entirely, please reach out to us at Team@IntrepidCrafts.com. The lead time for custom orders depends on the level of customization and the scope of work. We can handle most specific requests as long as they aren't copyrighted images.
PRODUCTS

We use a wide variety of wood in our products. For cutting boards, we use hardwoods like Walnut, Maple, and Cherry. For other projects, we use Cedar, Plywood, or even MDF. We choose the material based on the project.

Our products intended for food use are made with only food-grade materials and finishes, other products are finished to provide the best protection and longevity.

Each product comes with an after-purchase care sheet with detailed care instructions to keep your woodcraft items in top condition.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically within the United States using USPS and FedEx. Most products arrive within a week of being shipped. Faster shipping is available for an additional cost, and large projects may require additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products are insured during shipping; if they arrive damaged, we will replace them. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please reach out to us so we can address any concerns you may have. Food-related products and those that are customized are not eligible for returns.
